These business cards have been designed to make it easier, quicker, and more personalized to request Google reviews from guests.

RULES: The Staff Member with the MOST Google Review Name Mentions by the end of July 2024 will receive a €250 Cash Prize.

HOW TO USE THEM:

bAR STAFF AND RECEPTION

If you have a positive interaction with a guest and feel it is appropriate, we encourage you to use these business cards and add your name to gain recognition for your exceptional service.

Write your name in the designated blank space.

Place the card in a billfold or hand it directly to guests, explaining what it is and why you’re giving it to them.

For example, “It was really nice chatting with you. If you have a quick moment, it would mean a lot if you could scan this QR code and leave a quick review about my service. I’ve left my name on the card.”

HOUSE KEEPING STAFF

Write your name in the designated blank space.

Hand the card directly to guests OR leave in room after servicing.

For example, “I hope you’re enjoying your stay with us. If you have a quick moment, it would mean a lot if you could scan this QR code and leave a quick review about my service. I’ve left my name on the card.”

OR Leave on the night stand or bed after cleaning.

The QR code directs guests to our Google page.
